I have never heard of a dog giving a human any sort of disease. If you are really concerned, I would call either your doctor or your dog's vet to ask if this is possible. Good luck.

None of mine ever had infant acne. My son did have eczema and it didn't look anything like what you desribed (then again, I never believed the doctor that it was eczema). I know it wasn't much help
