Losing 10 pounds in one week is not a good idea. In 2 weeks, I'd say it's pretty possible. First of all, you need to get both aerobic and muscle workouts at least 5 days of the week. Also, you need to eat small portions of high lean proteins, only a little of carbohydrates, a lot of vegetables, etc. If you change both your diet and start working out, you will see a difference.
