How many often i have to eat tyo lose 10 pound

 i would like to lose 10 pound but i dont

know how to distriview my food ,i start the with empty stomach than in the midle of the i feel like eating a cow!

Losing 10 pounds in one week is not a good idea.  In 2 weeks, I'd say it's pretty possible.  First of all, you need to get both aerobic and muscle workouts at least 5 days of the week.  Also, you need to eat small portions of high lean proteins, only a little of carbohydrates, a lot of vegetables, etc.  If you change both your diet and start working out, you will see a difference.  Good luck.

The best thing to do is aim for gradual weight loss - it's safer, and more likely to stay off - start with reducing portion sizes, eating healthily, and trying to exercise a little.  You could try following a

diet programme online  to keep yourself motivated.  It takes persistance, but long term changes are more likely to pay off.
