How can I eat healthy on the go?

I often feel too busy to prepare myself a healthy snack and need to just grab something as I run out the door. What are some ways to eat healthy food on the go? What quick snacks can increase my energy as well?

I think your question is an oxymoron. You are too concerned with what goes into your body and have no interest with how your body reacts. In order to get the most nutrition out of the food you eat you should eat slowly and be relaxed to allow all the digestive juices to work to fully digest the food you eat.

'Chew the liquids, drink the solids' is a slogan of the Naturopaths. It does have a message.

The first stage of digestion begins in the mouth itself.Do not eat mechanically.Be conscious of the smell, temperature, color, and such details.Observe a cat eating.Eat while you eat, totally involved and enjoying what you eat and how you eat.Depending upon how long on the go,you can select dry fruits, leafy lemon salads, energy food items such as fresh fruit juices, powdered salted biscuits with pure honey.Eat only when you are physically hungry;never when the fanciful mind demands junk.A truly busy person will have enough time to do necessary things like preparing food.Plan in advance. As even I feel happy giving this answer, I request you to discover the happiness conveyed in these words.Energy thoughts keep you energetic mentally.
