I would choose either whole wheat (brown) rice or pasta as these are rich in carbohydrates and have more nutrients than more processed cereals such as white rice or normal pasta. Since there are less steps in their processing (less energy used:o), they're more environmentally friendly. I think Asian noodles have a high fat content but if you add vegetables or seafood, you're adding wholesome stuff to them too:o)

Work hard or go home.

Whole wheat rice or white rice (if you don't like the whole wheat). Pasta and noodles are loaded with carbs and while rice has carbs too, it's much less than the other 2.

If you like pasta there's a healthier kind you can eat, corn pasta. It's gluten free and good for people with high cholesterol or diabetics, I buy it online at www.olivenation.com

enjoy! :)

All are good for you, depending on its design and how it is cooked or served yet, rice would probably be your best bet.  It is served in all countries and well known.
