What happens if you eat expired butter?
It expired the end of June but its never been opened
Butter is a dairy product just like milk, cottage cheese, etc. Even though you keep it refrigerated, it will still sour. Throw it out and buy fresh. Its not so expensive to take a chance on getting sick from eating it.
