Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

No reason 2B dissapinted, if you are not fit why start with pushups ? - You should start gradually the entire process ("To get fit").  Start by slow walk.  Walk as much as you can (even if it's only around your house) that increase it gradually.  Than move to shrt slow running.  Than increas the distance gradually.  Than increas the speed gradually.  At that stage you'll be with better fitness, start all kind of gymnastic (chose the one you like) and increase the level gradually......   Only than start with pushups.....  It won't be impossible now.   The secret hides in the word "gradually" (that is true to many other fields in life too).
Best regards,

Sure. An easier version of the classic push up is done with knees on the floor,

just like in here. If you find these too hard. try the wall push up. Gradually advance and keep challenging yourself.
