As a former tour guide this question is right up my alley. I always thought of myself as a good will ambassador when I was showing people the numerous sights around Israel. Most of the time tourists were visiting for the first time, and as a tour guide you wanted to make sure their stay was as interesting as possible with the hope that someday they would like to return and tell others that Israel is a place they must come to visit.
