what does a white horse in a dream represent? The horse spoke in a human voice, was galloping toward a church door which was locked on the inside, the horse gave instructions how to turn on the light inside, when the light turned on the door opened and the horse came in.

Yes, the horse told her to go straight ,do not turn right or left, just go straight until she reaches the wall, that's where the switch is.

Some days all I want to be is a missing person.

The horse represents a spiritual or magical, mystical journey.  The church represents the dreamer's "house", or unconscious.  Going straight, veering neither left nor right, the horse is telling her not to become sidetracked, but that she has the "light" within herself, and only needs to "go straight" in order to turn it on.  I think this means the light is not difficult to find within herself -- no special map or set of instructions is necessary.  Right now, she has her unconscious "locked," but once she recognizes that the light is within herself, she will unlock the door and wonderful things can happen for her.

I enjoy interpreting my own dreams. It is easier to do yourself because you know what is going on in your life. It lies in your subconcious. You try to piece it together. There are books at the library on dream analysis. White usually stands for pure. To see a horse in your dreams may represent strong energies and being locked out suggests feeling unaccepted or alienated.
