How to strengthen thin, flexible, undercurved ...

How to strengthen thin, flexible, undercurved fingernails? As a child I was a nail biter.

I take supplements especially formulated for hair, skin and nails. My nails grow quickly after cutting them, but once they grow past the tips of my fingers, they begin to curve under no matter how they are shaped.
