I am so very sorry to hear your loved one is so sick
I have been doing cat rescue for about 17 years off & on now
I have been put in this bad spot before
The best & the fastest way to say good by & let you pet rest is to take it to a local pound they should euthanise him or her for free
2 other options : find a emergency vet
or find a pet rescue org. that works on donations, they should be able to help you & the dollar or 2 if you have it will go a long way saving lives, that more then you can say about the H.S
