Ok,I met my live-in boyfriend 2 years ago.He was 2 weeks out of a 2 1/2 year relationship.I was widowed in 2006 so I was'nt looking....or caring.I knew right away he was needy.I used to tell him that I WAS A BANDAID for the heart-break with the other girlfirend.She married the guy she left my guy for 2 months later.Like I said...I just really did'nt care to get serious, but I did like looking forward to seeing him everyday.
About three months later,I finally told him it was'nt working and I did not like being used while he was trying to get the other one back(and he was).
We ran into each other 2 months later.We went to have a drink with some friends.He started telling me how wrong he was and that he was so sorry for taking me for granted and he loved me....BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! It was'nt long till he told me he wanted to marry me...even brought me a ring.>>>>>>Heres the key...I BELIEVED HIM!!!!!!!!!!!
I have always had the feeling that he was still seeing"what's her-face"And now,with out doubt,I know he is.But he denies it.
Why do men do that??I am so naive that jumped when he said marriage.Why cant people just tell the truth?Dont they realize that the lies they tell now man very well wreck a person's essence and spirit for ever????
