Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given then to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is nothing.
It totally depends what's wrong with it. I would try taking it to a Mars Music or a Sam Ash if you have either around you. They usually have decent prices. You could also start calling around to see where you can get the cheapest price before you go lugging your drum set around to different places. Good luck.
