Assuming you're not breast feeding, you can wait till after you're off the oain killers before you drink again.
If you're breastfeeding it's probably better to stay off the wagon till you stop.
If you drink while breastfeeding, make sure you pump the milk and throw it away, and wait at least 8-12 hours before the next feeding.
