Cher was definitely the worst dressed for me, and the person whom I consider as the best dressed and wearing a garment that I would wear is Amy Winehouse.
SCARLETT JOHANSSON looked amazing in her dress. It was simple but beautiful and very flattering. I personally really did not like Beyonce's dress, even if it did get reviews. I think she could have done much better.
