How to remove the door panels on a 2000 BMW 323i

I am pretty sure it is done in the same fashion as in the 1998 BMW 528i , which  in that case you need to remove the cap on the inner door handle. then remove the phillip screw and disconnect door cable from handle. If you have rear roller sun blinds remove the plastic separator cover between the fixed glass and the window carefully and remove screw at the lower portion just above the door panel. Also remove the wood grain trim and remove the screws behind it. Carefully pry the outer edges of the panel away from the door panel. Once you have that done grab the solid door handle and pull up and away fairly forcefully. The black plastic retainer will be left on the door and it needs to go back on the panel to reinstall it. Carefully cut the black sticky butyl stuff that anchors the foam vapor barrier to the door. If you tear the vapor barrier replace it. Regulator should be accessible then.

This helps me a little bit with my problem, but mine is a little different. I really know next to nothing about cars. My problem is that a shop took off my door panels to do a window regulator. They put new clips on (well, they charged me for them) and now the door panel is loose and rattles like it's going to fall off! This is very annoying. I don't want to take the car back to have them re-do it because they didn't do a very good job with a couple of other items either and quite frankly, I don't want them to touch it! I have a 1995 BMW 325is.

 Since I am a "car dummy" I need to have some very step by step instructions on what I need to look for, what might be missing (sounds like some kind of plastic or foam thing) and then how to fix it !!!
