how can i find the dollar-nis shaar by date
(for ex: i want to know the rate of the dollar vs shekel in 25th of each month in the passing year)

All the rates (of many currencies , including theUSD) VS the NIS.
You just have to choose the currency , the dates you are interested and VOILA!
You can also export all the data to an excel file.
