Don't worry there are NO FEES at all to be paid

Check the temperature of its nose by touching it , usually it becomes colder than usual when a dog has a cold

usually and very often you can tell if your cat or dog is sick if there nose is dry. I never heard about a dog catching a cold though but i do believe they get allergies and as weird as this may sound dogs and cats do sneez so if your dog is sneezing a lot its proabably just allergies but a dogs nose is always sapposed to be wet. it depends a lot on the symptoms your animal has for example if your dog has the runs...and you are now the amazing pooper scooper then theres a chance it may have worms...vets are expensive so if our not to worried just obsereve your dogs behavior and if it stops eating and especially drinking water then there most likely is something wrong....hope this helps and not worries you.
