If there is a temporary issue synchronizing your address book, the auto complete will not work.  This should correct itself.  Trying listing your contacts in your address book to make sure they are still there.

I'm having the same problem.  All my contacts are there, but auto-complete is not doing anything.  This happened at the same time that the "Compose" button changed to "Write Mail".

If the button to create a new message is labeled "Write Mail", go to the bottom of the screen, click on the tiny "Standard Version" text at the bottom center of the screen.  When I did this, my "Compose" button is back and the auto-complete works again.

Perfect!  Thank you so much.  The whole new screen look and no auto-complete in AOL Mail was driving me crazy.  Thanks again.

Thank you!  same problem, and  your solution worked.  I thot the upgrade was going to be great, b/c there was a bunch of overwriting on my aol home page - the printing of inbox was mixed up with drafts and sent and I had a hard time clicking on the right one.  Finally i just had to go up to 'check mail' and click and i could open my inbox.  but i'd rather have the autocomplete back; i can slog thru the other problem.  thanks again.
