Thank You to all who responded. God Bless you all. Mondabi2000 I was very touched by your thoughtful words. Thank You.

I am closing this question to prevent more responses from non-believers, such as response #5's answer. I am not strong enough right now to deal with that issue. Cry Thank you all.

This is a situation no one can truly imagine unless they've experienced it.  My heart goes out to whomever you know that may have experienced this horrific act.

An important thing to remember and this is most difficult when facing any kind of a tragedy is that these types of things are not of God.  Unfortunately, Man has free will and due to that free will, they are able to make choices...good or bad...without His interference.  The truly saddening thing is that Satan takes full advantage of this and puts incredible evil into some hearts.  While most rebuke and reject it, there are those who are weaker and fully embrace it.  This is why we have so much violence in the world today.

God truly weeps for all those who are harmed in this life.  I cannot imagine that He does not want to intervene in every instance.  But, that would take away all of our free will.  Thankfully, for every wrong act, there are right ones.  This will be remedied in time and I honestly believe that those who harm children have the most to answer for when our judgment comes.  So, should this offender not receive proper justic here on Earthy, he/she WILL receive it on the final day.

Now is the time to hold true to your prayer and faith.  Satan will use this very opportunity to throw your anger towards God and neglect to notice it was Satan, not God, who put this evil onto this person's heart.  If you turn away from God, then Satan wins.  To truly win this battle, you must pray more than ever to God.  He understands your doubts, anger and questions.  His angels are there and ready to help give you comfort and strength for the days to come.  Everytime we choose love rather than hate, Satan loses another battle.

I've experienced tragic situations in my life, also.  In every instance, you have that feeling of a hole in your heart and an emptiness in your soul.  I understand how much this affects a person's ability to remain faithful.  But, when you accept God's tenderness and support, then it actually DOES help with the pain and confusion.  God will help us through all these things and it's incredibly important to help our children remain faithful and help them to obtain healing from such tragedy.  We cannot allow what evil is done to continue in their lives as a result.

I'm not certain if this helps you, but I hope it does.  It breaks my heart that these things occur in our world...especially to our precious children.  May God watch over you and all those affected by such things, always.

God bless you.

America!!  we had better pray to God for guidance on the future choices we make we are going down the broad path to destruction.

man is desperately wicked who can know him?

don't blame God for man's inability to obstain from sinful act. Just ask better yet get on your knees and cry out for mercy and understanding of God's perfect will in your life. It may be just to suffer for Him and trust Him thats all for your own good.

We are always ready to dump what God has put on our plate onto His plate. Many of us are straddle the fence when it comes to the defense, and protection of the most vulnerable amongst us. Just think, over 50,000,000 abortions since 1973.

Pornography is displayed at our checkout counters fueling the evil passions of evil men and women. What is it that we want God to do? Should he make us puppets.

We don`t have too much use for Him now. Can you imagine if He had done that.

Maybe we would like Him to "police" all of our activities. I can hear the screams now.

Sorry, the question has no relevence in an out of control culture. We don`t really

want anything from Him. If He leaves us to our own devices we will finish ourselves off. If any man lacks wisdom , let him ask of God who gives liberally and  does not find fault.

Because gods do not exist.

These stories of childrens deaths, some so horrible and violent, are never "blamed" on a god. No. But if a child survives, a god gets credit. Always credit, never blame. Insanity! There are no gods. There are no miracles. But there are many cruel and rotten people on our planet. That's the reality of life.

"Navy Brat" is in greater danger of spiritual death than a repentant child molester.

Because we were given Free Will, told the rules that would keep us kind and secure and chose to ride against the rapids.

No Atheist in a foxhole, trust me on this one.

Little ones get killed, tortured, tormented daily.

Remember Bless the beasts and the Children cause in this world they have no voice.

Miracles still happen, seen more than my share downrange.

With all the death Ive seen nobody is taken til given every chance.  Christ said let the little children come to me for thus is the Kingdom of heaven, unless ye believe as a child no entry, or some such stuff.

Children are Heaven on earth and no question where they go back to.
