With a goodman central a/c i have water pooling on the floor. How do i get to the condensate pump to check it?
Should external. Assuming you have condensate pump. On original construction a/c, the water drains by gravity. If you have a pump, it collects by the regular drain fitting. The pump could also sit on the floor.
