How do I replace the shelf and bottom window molding damaged from termites?

These should just pull or pry right off, with the window in place. The sill will have a couple of cuts in one side so you will have to cut it to match the shape when you get the new wood. You may need to take off the molding on the sides of the window to get the sill out, if they overlap with it,making coming out difficult.
