No matter what people tell you, words and ideas can change the world.

Try using a clean eyedropper or by inserting a drinking straw into the opening of the rinse agent dispenser, putting a finger over the end of the straw and drawing out some of the product.

I just removed the inner door panel (7 screws) and let the liquid drain through the hole where the activation lever goes through the reservoir. I filled and drained the reservoir using cold water several times to get all of the liquid out, and replaced the panel. Thanks for others who input suggestions.
