My new Bruce Lock 'n Fold floor has developed two ...

My new Bruce Lock 'n Fold floor has developed two areas where the boards butt together. The ends appear "wrinkled", like the top layer of wood is separating from the bottom layers. Any ideas what could have caused this and how to repair? Thanks, Kathy Williams Arlington, TN
