If I were you, I'd be more concerned about the personal threat her husband poses to you than the legal problems. Other than that, if she is willing to leave him, she'll probabaly leave anyone else too, including you at some point. Don't let yourself be the rebound guy, and that's what you will be if you take her on full time right now.
