I'm dissatisfied with the help I'm seeking from the Department of Labor in Florida

Where c3an I take my complaint about the department of labor?  I have a wage and hour complaint filed and they are now ignoring my calls and my certified letters.  I was told in August that my case would take a couple of weeks to resolve.  I filed a complaint on behalf of myself and my colleagues.  I was promptly fired for "causing trouble".  I have heard nothing and my former colleagues have heard nothing.  Where do I turn?

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, Establish Justice,; insure domestic Tranquility, to provide for the common defense, to promote the general Welare, and to Secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity, do ordain and establish the Constitution of the United States of America.

I would suggest, on behalf of yourself and other people, a complaint to the Division of Labor in Washington, DC. Send the complaint certifed, return receipt requested, and see what actions will be taken on your behalf. As with all State Agencies, they are also tied to Federal Agencies as well. Hope it works for you. Michael Joel Held
