I had a mri with with and without contrast dye. The conclusion confirmed posible trigeminal neuralgia due to a loop of the artery close to the nerve. This needs to be explained more, small focal t2 hyperintensity in the right lentiform nucleus is of doubtful clinical significance.
Can trigeminal neuralgia be cured and also i have had a bout with vertigo and had tinitis years prior to vertigo. Is there any connection to all things considered above?
