I want to know what to do about an order that I placed over the internet for a digital camera I never recieved. I have an order confermation. I have e mailed them twice. I paid by check and they cashed it. I wrote to the man I sent the check to. He never answered. The sight where I sent for it never answered me.

First of all read the term and conditions of the site you used. Make a copy if everything is well and that nothing there allows the company to back away the way they did.Also keep all e-mails and documents regarding the event. You need legal advise , in the UK we have this organization that helps out with these situation see if there is one where you live.

you should only ever pay by credit card online
If anything goes wrong the credit card company are legally obliged to refund your money
What is the name of the site,see if you can find a telephone number or address there
Have they cashed the cheque yet,if not cancel it
