analog on dedicated RF cables vs. digital over LAN and WAN. this means many cameras can transmit higher quality signal over less expensive wiring and let you record and access (live or recorded) images more easely.

Also, when your images are digital you can feed them to special programs that can watch for movement, recognize faces, track individuals, etc.

Security equipment such as CCTV cameras, images from analog cameras are transmitted through cables or monitor for viewing. It also incorporated with the sound features. In Network surveillance system, a network IP system runs off a local area network , wherein you can track or control these cameras anywhere because of its own IP address.
