Actually iam doing the extraction and Standardization of Garlic bulb with respect to cholesterol lowering property  as we know that allicin is very unstable compound in the Garlic bulb so tell me how can I standardize my extract?Suggest me the chemical constituent for th standardization  of lab scale produced extract

What you are doing is beyond me. I cannot help other than to tell you that current thot is relating the BP lowering properties of garlic more to non-allicin sulfur containing compounds.
