Through cardio vascular exercise. I would recommend 10 mins skipping (jumping rope) and 15 mins running. Then you should toning exercise like wide armed proes ups. Also, if you have access to a gym, the rowing machine is an excellent fat burner but also helps to strengthen and tone the chest area so it does it all in one machine. The same for jumping rope, it's not only great at helping you burn the fat but it also tones the chest and shoulders which helps with the appearance of your chest.
