Well it wont be an immediate change, but i highly recomend eating more fiber, such as granolas, wheats, whole grains. Vegatables help to but not a salad slathered in dressing or coated in croutons. Organic food though they are nearly out of line expensive help you shed weight, and will make you feel better. I try to go by if it doesnt grow that way or if I can't find it that way, don't eat it. and cut soda out of you diet, it is possibly the worst thing you could ever put in your body, leaner dairy a good idea too, milk is natures way of fattening a baby cow, so that will pack on Lbs too.
