reduce carbohydrates and fats. look at nutrition labels on EVERYTHING you buy; many fat-free items make up for the calories in unwanted carbohydrates. even fruits and juices contain many carbs because of the high (natural, and sometimes added) sugar content. most berries, especially strawberries, are relatively low in carbs and contain many nutrients. other foods such as most fish contain fat, but it's the kind of fat that's good for you (omega 3 fatty acids) and most fish contains minimal carbs. sorry, but pasta, white rice and desserts are a definite NO-NO except in infrequent, small amounts (about 1/4 cup.) i like (not love) desserts and i found a good product which is fat and sugar free: instant jello puddings with flavors such as chocolate fudge, cheesecake, pistashio, vanilla and lemon.....all made with fat-free milk.....to be quite satisfying, even topped with 2 tablespoons of fat free cool whip (use the store brand, especially when it's on sale!) PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS INFO IS HELPFUL. I DROPPED THREE INCHES OFF MY WAISTLINE IN ABOUT TWO MONTHS, BY WATCHING MY CARB AND FAT INTAKE AND, BY THE WAY, ELIMINATING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WHICH CONTAIN EMPTY CALORIES, ESPECIALLY THE SWEET-TYPE COCKTAILS. HEY, THERE'S EVEN NON-ALCOHOL BEER OUT THERE IF YOU'RE INCLINED TO HAVE ONE EVERY NOW AND THEN.....NO FAT AND WAY FEWER CARBS.
DIG OUT THOSE CLOTHES THAT DON'T FIT AT THIS TIME. YOU'LL LIKE THE WAY THEY FIT AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS. GOOD LUCK AND MAY THE "SLIMMER FORCE" BE WITH YOU. DON'T GET TOO SKINNY!
