I lost 25pds in 25 days on HGC Diet and intense exercise. Before this diet I worked out everyday and kept to a 1000 cal diet for 3 months and dropped 30 pds. Im still loosing on HGC Diet =]

im surprised noone has mentioned the Rice Diet. It's not a fad, is very healthy and utilized at Duke University. It's strict, and emphazises low fat, and low salts. There are lots of veggies, fruits and some grains. Most lose 20 in a month. It's kinda the anit low carb thing. But , it works and is medically sound.

THe duke rice diet is the quickest healthy way to lose weight in my opinion, about 20 pounds per month. Lots of veggies, some fruit, and grains. Very low fat and minimal salt. It's the anti lowcarb but effective. People pay thousands at Duke for this approach. It's effective

to lose weight, i quit drinking sodapop, drank lots of water and rode my bike everywhere i went instead of driving. i lost 47 lbs in 2 1/2 months. also, i snacked on things like carrots, celery, jicima, and cucumbers with light ranch instead of candy or popcorn or chips.

Fruit for breakfast not grapes or watermelon, they have too much sugar.  Salad for lunch, SMALL salad.  I like to put romain lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, maybe hard boiled egg in mine.  The dressing doesn't matter too much, just try not to put more than 4 tbsp in it.  Exercise for an hour (aerobics) and try not to eat dinner, if you have to, have a smaller salad than you did at lunch....guarantee to lose it fast.

Well i know you can get at leat five lbs of water weight off with water pills.  How fast is fast?  Whatever you do make sure you get some kind of breakfast because skipping that can actually aid in weight gain.
