Fruit for breakfast not grapes or watermelon, they have too much sugar. Salad for lunch, SMALL salad. I like to put romain lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, maybe hard boiled egg in mine. The dressing doesn't matter too much, just try not to put more than 4 tbsp in it. Exercise for an hour (aerobics) and try not to eat dinner, if you have to, have a smaller salad than you did at lunch....guarantee to lose it fast.
