try acaiberry i just started tacking it and i feel great i have more energy and i felt thinner after 3 days my clothes are loser too.look it up online ,i went to my local vitamin store to buy it .

Follow these and u r sure to loose good weight -

(a) Eat Healthy instead of DIETING

(b) Eat less quatity of rice / oil / deep fried items / butter more of  leafy green veg / salad / apples or pine apple / water melon / oranges except mango and bananas

(c) drik diluted butter milk instead of curd

(d) eat small meals 6 times a day instead of 3 full meals a day

(e) take plenty of water alteast 2 ltrs per day

(f) take less of coffee / tea else take oats porridge.

I lost 10 pounds in a week on the 3 day diet (look it up on google or yahoo) I just kept repeating it untill i lost enough weight.  Of course your going to gain most of it back once you stop, any time you lose weight fast that is the case.  The diets not bad though.

You can take an herb called black dragon 3 pills 3 times a day and in a week you will loose 20 pounds easy. Not to do every week this is something that has been proven and was on Opra I herd. not sure but herd. Good Luck but becareful trying too loose it to fast!

I got a Cardiac Diet . Is a diet that you go on for 3 days and you can lose 5lb a week if you go by the diet. Frist day: Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit or juice 1 slice of toast ,1 tbsp. peanut Butter and Black coffee or tea. LUNCH: 1/2 CUP tuna, 1Slice toast, Black,Coffee or Tea. DINNER: 2 Slice (3 oz) of any Meat, 1 cup String Beans, 1 cup Carrots or Beets, 1 small Apple, 1 cup Vanille Ice Cream. 

     Second Day

Breakfast: 1 hard-boiled egg , 1 slice of toast, 1/2 Banana, Black Coffee or tea

LUNCH:  1  cup Cottage Cheese or 1/2 cup tuna and 5 saltine crackers

Dinner: 2 wieners, 1 cup cabbage or broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots or turnip greens , 1/2 banana and 1 cup vanilla ice cream

THIRD DAY:

BREAKFAST: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice toast and black coffee or tea

LUNCH:    1 slice chedder cheese, 5 saltine crackers, 1 small apple and black coffee or tea

DINNER:  1 cup tuna, 1 cup carrots or beets, 1 cup green beans or cauliflower, 1cup cantaloupe or small apple and 1 cup vanilla ice cream     

I went on this diet and I lose 25 lb, can't substitutions to this diet and drink alots of water. this is a 3 day diet, then go off the diet for 4 days then go back on the diet for 3 more days. kept this patten until you lose the weight you are reaching   for.

Don't lost the pounds "fast", but lose them "well."  The only way to really lose weight is to retrain yourself how to eat, so that the weight won't come back.  A program like weight watchers teaches you how and what to eat, so that you can keep the weight off for a lifetime.  I know.  I have been on the program for 7 years, and it is the only program that has worked for me.
