there is no "quick fix" for weight loss. talk with your doc, see a registered dietitian, make lifestyle changes, behavior modifications, eat a heart healthy/high fiber diet, and EXERCISE.
there are no "natural" weight loss aids. do not buy in to the billion dollar weight loss industry bull...none of those products are regulated through the FDA.
congrats on wanting to lose weights, but please do it the healthy way.
