If you lose weight quickly you will put it on quickly also. And it's proven that you are likely to put on more than you lost, making it better for you if you don't diet in the 1st place...

Ok, warn over. I've looked into it on trusty google and the quickest weight loss diet is the Atkin's Diet. I don't suggest it, it's DEAD UNHEALTHY!! But you wanted to know and here's an answer.
