I crave too much sweets,on some days all my meals consist of desserts,how can I change my habits and still eat what I like?eeee

Whenever I crave something sweet (all the time) instead of reaching for a candy bar I reach for dried fruits. This way you get the sugar that your body needs without being unhealthy. I love dried dates (they are so so sweet) and definitely fill my desire for sugar.

you should take  a healthy shake of formula 1  which is sweet but also helps as a  nutritious meal to help you throughout the day.  if you would like more information go to :
