The cabbage soup diet works really but to keep on this "boring" dieting plan, it's advised to follow an improved plan. I tried some of them and really loved one that allowed me to eat diverse aliments while the basic plan is very strict.
For instance, I drank two protein milkshakes a day, one BIG baked potato with sauce on the second day, I also made three different cabbage soups in order to not get bored with eating always the same soup. Result: 10 pounds lost in 1 week.
The great benefit of this improved plan is that it allowed me to change my eating habits while losing weight quickly and keeping on losing weight since my eating habits changed.
