In my opinion most "diet" pills are just money wasters.  If there is a truly good diet pill, get it from your doctor.  It took me 1 3/4 years to lose 70 pounds.  I have kept it off for about 1 1/2 years now.  My doctor sent me to a diabetic dietician and then approved my joining LA Weight Loss.  Losing weight is a lifestyle change not a magic pill.  You have to adjust what you eat then exercise off more calories than you take in.  I have learned to enjoy fruits and veggies which at one point I thought would be impossible.  Best of luck to you.

Live life as if today was the last one

The only diet pills that I have found to work are Phentramin D and Acai Plus. I take them in conjunction with eachother and have lost over 60 lbs. I am now on my last ten pounds and couldnt be happier. I lost roughly 20 pounds in my first month with just the Phentramin D. http://www.SlimEffects.com

Pills can leave you dependent on them, to lose weight that is. The best pills to take for weight loss are carb blockers combined with a low fat diet. I can`t tell you which pills it was because the company that provided them always changes their products. But, many carb blockers do not have adverse effects such as nervousness, but I cannot speak for all of them. The first answer that you got from patsy127 is a good one. Eating just fruits and veggies caused me to lose 17lbs in my first 19 days. I you are interested in good weight loss articles, follow this link..Best Articles for fast weight loss

NO.  exercise and nutrition are your best allies, not diet pills.  Try getting into something you think you might enjoy doing- yoga, basketball, dance, etc.  Make sure to avoid processed foods in your diet. http://www.i80equipment.com

Hi if you really want to try diet pills that work you should consider using only proven diet pills ingredients#mce_temp_url# this is my best reference
