Diet pills are a sure way to fail at dieting.  Diet pills put a person into starvation and then eventually you will gouge out.  The weight will come back on quickly.  Diet Pills are not worth the agony they can bring.  The only diets that work well are the ones where you eat moderately, stay off sugar and exercise daily.  Excercise is the key to keeping weight off.
