Your diet makes you younger?

If Michael Roizen's diet makes you younger, why does he look like 67 when he's only 59?

I know many cardiologists who smoke. Who says that he is using his own diet? :-), but now seriously, he really looks much younger than 59.

I don't think he looks 67. Anyway perhaps his diet doesn't really work and if it does perhaps it doesn't work for everyone.

I would try to focus on a diet that first of all helps me stay healthy and if it also makes me look younger, great!!! But that's not the main issue.

LOL. I don't think he looks that old. He looks good for his age, I think, but that's my opinion.....It could be bad genes, or maybe the guy just isn't aging well. Now, Dr Oz, is another story. I think he looks good for his age, and is a good ad for his diet. ;) Some people just don't age well. Then there are others that look younger.

Hi,

I do not know about the diet you mention, whether it is good or not, but I do know one thing: We all consist of 70% + water. It should therefore not be a surprise that the quality of the water we drink is probably more important than any diet. I have been drinking alkaline water since August last year and I am very excited about what it has done for my health and wellbeing. If I start telling about all the fantastic effects of drinking this water you will probably just close your browser and write it off as hype.

However, with 35 years of proven track record from Japan (started in the hospitals), this is not an experiment or pipe dream. Get to know more about it at no cost by using This Link

Best wishes from Knut

Consider how much worse he'd look if he wasn't on that diet.

Simple Advice for a Better Quality of Life!

Hi olderman!

By the time the average person gets to their 50's +, their bodies just are not as capable of absorbing the nutrients from their foods because their intestinal linings and colon are so built-up with residues and bacteria that block intake.  If you are serious about anti-aging or slowing down (and possibly reverting the aging process), here is what I recommend:

1.  Obviously, make sure you maintain a healthy nutritious diet, but diet alone will not help because the body can't absorb nutrients as stated above.

2.  Try a body detox/flush regiment to allow the body to break down the residues and plaques in the intestinal lining and eliminate them so your linings will be refreshed.  You can read my "How to Detoxify Your Body"

3.  Take Xtend-Life Total Balance.  This is simply the most effective multi-nutrient and will actually work to repair your cells and also rebuild your body's natural testosterone and HGH levels.  Not to mention what it does for your libido and energy levels.  I take them myself...I am 33 years old and I still get carded for R-rated movies :-) and constantly get compliments of how young I still look.  When is the last time you felt 25 years old, olderman?

4.  Exercise!  Even if you do this in moderation.  My favorite is brisk walking for its many outstanding benefits and low-impact.  Weight lifting is also good as weight-bearing exercises are what REALLY strengthen bones and joints.  If you would like a simple weight program, please let me know or I should have it posted on my blog soon.
