Wink What you need to do is lose weight fast and stay healthy at the same time. Eat a 1200 calorie diet if your a girl. 1800 calories if you're a male. This is the exact amount of calories (energy in the form of heat, AKA body fuel!)your body needs to operate day to day. If you make sure to eat this much everyday, and keep balanced ( fruits, veggies, whole grains, dairy, protein)your body will shed it's fat storage ( it's stores it for a rainy day, like if you're starving to death).Drink only water and Matcha green tea powder. This puts your body on a fast track for superior performance. Just intaking this way you will lose 2 lbs a week. If you do cardio and strength training, two-three times a week (10-20 min cardio, stretches, then weight training for 30 min)you can lose up to 5lbs a week! I know this because I am doing it!
