Eat more almonds and walnuts,
eat more fish, eggs and chicken or turkey. fruits, dark green leafy vegetables
These all have protein & provide numerous health benefits.
less bread
fuel up on 100% juices without the garbage unpronounceable ingredients.
No gatorade type drinks
weight resistance exercises in the a.m. once you wake up to burn off fat, eat a meal afterwards; fruit juice, granola, banana etc.
no junk foods, no breads after 6pm, 1 or 2 times a week OK. If you must have some junk food do it late morning or early afternoon so you can work it off throughout the day
This will help you lose weight . at least it has for me and others.
