any diet will help you lose wieght.The reason you are getting lethargic is because you are trying to diet and at the same time expend energy,so try eating 4-5 small meals a day instead of your normal eating pattern.You ould also try a dieting supplement like Acai burn they claim that this will give you an energy boost while you are cutting back on the carbs good luck
