A:I know how hard it can be to lose weight. Before I started my diet i checked a bunch of medical site to find out how many pounds you can lose to keep my weight loss healthy. Those medical sites say healthy weight loss is about 1 to 2 pounds a week while dieting. With that said at your weight it will take a while to see your weight loss.
I decided to use fat loss 4 idiots because it promotes healthy eating along with changing your metabolism to help burn the fat. Since i have been on my diet I have lost 11 .5 pounds so far and that's in 4 weeks. so i lost a little bit more than 2 pounds a week. But im very happy with my results. Oh and my only work out is a 30 minute walk a day although i have missed a few days when its raining.
