Hello there, I posted a tuna and fruit diet so go ahead and supplement your protein with tuna . Albacore is best in water, the mercury thing , well it,s your choice but it never bothered me on my tuna diet so if you like tuna or salmon as long as it,s wild alaskan salmon it,s great for you and your diet regeim.
