If you are in a gym, see if you can talk with a trainer about this for free. You could get some good ideas.

I have read this book and trained by it when I was younger. The book does not look like the one that I used. I suspect that it is a later edition. This will change your routine, but in the edition that I read, there were many different routines that one could choose from.
