Lately, I've been working out more than ever. Nonetheless, I feel my body demands more energy/food. I want to maintain weight loss. Should I eat more, or as before ?

Great information on health, diet, and exercise: www.mattmetzgar.com

If you start exercising more, you will naturally want to eat more.  This is a good and healthy thing.

For fat loss, it's really not how much you eat, it's what you eat (at least in the long run).  If you want to drop fat, cut out refined carbs - sugar and flour.

Or you could go all the way with: www.thepaleodiet.com

I don't know what you ate before, so it's hard to say.  Try to eat either 5 very small meals per day of healthy food, or 3 healthy and balanced meals.  But you have to choose which works better for you and stick with it.  Make sure you are getting at least some carbs and a good amount of protein in your diet, so your meals fill you up.

IF your body needs the energy, you should probably give it to it. Otherwise you start a slippery slope of using lean mass for energy, and you don't want that.

Consult a professional, explain what you're doing for exercise, and maintain a diet that will be helpful for you.

Don't forget, you could hit a stage where you're not losing weight. Try to bear it out and not speed things up.

Yes, you need to eat and eat more.  You hit it right on the nose you are workingout more and your body requires more energy.  Even for weight loss you need to eat more as strange as it sounds.  Just make sure your energy is from healthy food.  and amke sure to drink more water too

Good Luck.

Just to add on my 4penniworth.(old english phrase)you may feel hungry due to what your eating, believe it or not...high GI foods can cause a spike in your blood /sugar levels, the pancreas secretes insulin in response, sometimes lowering the blood sugar level to a very low level, and guess what??You feel hungry ...If this is your problem, you should make adjustments to your diet,or have a small portion of protein with the carbs...Hope this makes sense.J
