Just to add on my 4penniworth.(old english phrase)you may feel hungry due to what your eating,believe it or not...high GI foods can cause a spike in your blood /sugar levels,the pancreas secretes insulin in response,sometimes lowering the blood sugar level to a very low level,and guess what??You feel hungry ...If this is your problem,you should make adjustments to your diet,or have a small portion of protein with the carbs...Hope this makes sense.J
