There is no single "best diet" for losing belly fat. Reducing abdominal fat requires a change in overall eating habits for good, as well as some exercise (both cardio AND weight/resistance training.)

Following a the latest hot, "fad" diet may cause you to temporarily lose some weight, but the vast majority of people who follow fad diets actually put on more weight after they "go off" the diet than they had before they started.

Rather than go into all of the details here, I'm going to provide you with some links that can help you approach this sanely and with a step-by-step method, instead of a quick fix. If you follow it, there is a good chance you'll be successful, and more healthy overall.
